We conduct the interviews at Saudi Recruitment Office (SRO), 18th Floor BDO Plaza, 8737 Paseo De Roxas, Makati City.

The Ministry of Health (MOH) Representative conducts the interviews at SRO.

WHEN DO YOU CONDUCT THE INTERVIEWS?

 

Depending on the advice from the Ministry of Health (MOH), usually about every two or three months.

WHAT ARE THE STAGES OF THE INTERVIEW’S PROCEDURE TO GET JOB IN SAUDI ARABIA?

 

1.1 POEA Registration - WWW.POEA.GOV
2.2 Wait for the Advice from SRO via SMS regarding Interview Schedule.
3.3 Report for Interview at SRO.
4.4 Pass the Exam and Interview.
5.5 You will receive your Job No. offer upon selection.

WHEN DO THE DELEGATIONS VISIT THE PHILIPPINES FOR INTERVIEW?

 

There is no definite time. As soon as there is a confirmation from the MOH about the delegation, we inform the POEA, WORKABROAD.PH to post the recruitment through their website; we also make announcements in our WEBSITE, FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM and TWITTER accounts regarding the delegation schedules.

SHOULD ALL THE DOCUMENTS BE ATTESTED BY THE SAUDI ARABIA EMBASSY?

 

 

ONLY BS DIPLOMA WITH TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS, BOARD CERTIFICATE, PRC LICENSE, MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE (IF APPLICABLE), LOCAL EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATE/S.

WHAT ARE THE PARTICULARS FOR THE JOB?

 

  1. Photo copies of all testimonials.
  2. Photo copies of all experience till date.
  3. NOC if worked previously in Saudi Arabia.
  4. Photo copy of Internship / all Dilpoma with T.O.R.
  5. Photo copy of passport (New/Old)
  6. 4 copies of (2x2) colored photograph latest/with white background.
  7. Photocopy of valid registration from the country he/she is practicing in all this documents.. in a LONG FOLDER and with paper fastener
     

    In case of final selection by the Saudi Selection Committee, candidates will be required to submit the following original credentials of Employment Certificate/s, Diploma/s and Seminar/s if needed.

     

  8. Original copies of all testimonials.
  9. Original copies of all experience till date.
  10. NOC if worked previously in Saudi Arabia.
  11. Original copy of internship / Diploma.
  12. Original copy of passport (New/Old)
  13. 4 copies of (2x2) colored photograph latest/with white background.
  14. Original copy of valid registration from the country he/she is practicing in.

WHAT IS THE ROLE OF THE OFFICE OF HEALTH EMPLOYMENT-PHILIPPINES IN RECRUITING PROFESSIONAL HEALTHCARE?

 

 

Globalization, medical and demographic changes, uneven distribution of health professionals as well as newer technologies in service delivery, have encouraged health workers to cross borders, often in search for better opportunities. In turn, many developed countries rely on foreign health professionals to address shortfalls in their own supply and demand for healthcare workers. 
Furthermore, Philippine Health Professionals would be benefitted financially, and even mentioning additional benefits of paid annual vacation with free airfare, food and accommodation for the Philippine Government give credit to host country for such privileges.
Finally, exploring of cultural assimilations will result to harmonious relationship between the two countries.
